| Studebakers and Packards will be on display at a free outdoor car & truck show in Custer, SD, on Sunday September 6 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Vehicles manufactured in four decades will be shown which will be both restored and modified models. The Dakotas Chapter of the Studebaker Drivers Club is the sponsor. Visitors to the show can vote for their favorite car or truck. Trophies will be awarded that evening at a banquet. Under new management, the Fun Ford Weekend series events are run by each host track to create a family oriented atmosphere for all Ford enthusiasts, young and old. Fun Ford Weekend events are designed to offer a little something for all Ford fans.
From Ford-powered or Ford-bodied bracket racers looking to earn some cred on the drag strip to the restoration expert showing their finished masterpiece in the Car Show or searching for that hard-to-find part at the Swap Meet or at the Car Corral intent on finding the next project car.

Auctions America Collector Cars of Fort Lauderdale will take place at Fort Lauderdale, Florida on 22-24 March, 2013.
Now in its 11th year, the 2013 event is set to build on Auctions Americas strong track record in South Florida, lifting the gavel on more than 500 quality collector cars. The offering will span the spectrum of the market from American classics, European sports cars, Detroit muscle, hot rods and customs, catering for a broad range of automotive tastes.
Notable highlights for the sale include a 1951 Chevrolet Styleline DeLuxe Convertible, formerly owned by King of Cool Steve McQueen and currently owned by Rick Harrison, star of the History Channels hit reality television show Pawn Stars; and a well-documented 1967 Dodge Coronet WO23 Hemi Super Stock Racecar, one of just 55 1967 Factory Super Stock Dodges produced and boasting a documented period race history at major 1967 NHRA events.
Admission fees for the auction are $20.00 for a day pass and $50.00 for a weekend pass. Children 12 years of age and under will gain free admission.
Please note that the Broward County Convention Center lies within the confines of Port Everglades. Due to new Federal security requirements, you must show your government issued picture identification (PASSPORT or DRIVERS LICENSE) at all security checkpoints to gain access to the Convention Center.
