| Studebakers and Packards will be on display at a free outdoor car & truck show in Custer, SD, on Sunday September 6 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Vehicles manufactured in four decades will be shown which will be both restored and modified models. The Dakotas Chapter of the Studebaker Drivers Club is the sponsor. Visitors to the show can vote for their favorite car or truck. Trophies will be awarded that evening at a banquet. The Appalachian Golden Classic Chevy Club will be holding it's 26th Annual Benefit Car & Truck Show on Sunday July 24 at the Red Run Park, Waynesboro, PA.
Show is open to all American made cars and trucks thru 2016. Registration is from 9am-1pm Show fee is $12. Judging by participating drivers, Trophies for Top 40 Vehicles, Oldest Entry, Longest Distance and Best in Show awarded at 3pm. Dash plaques to first 100 entries, Door Prizes and all day 50/50. 50's and 60's music by D.K. Sounds, food by the Open Grille.
Indoor restrooms, Playground, Free spectator admission, vendor space available. No alcohol, skateboards or bicycles on the show grounds. Proceeds to be donated to Waynesboro Human Services, The Lunch Place and Faith United Methodist Church Food Pantry.
