The first model Cedric is easily distinguished from
other models by the stacked head lights. It came equipped
with either the 1488cc 71hp OHV 4 cylinder G series engine,
or the 1883cc 95hp OHV 4cyl. H series engine, with a 4
speed manual gearbox with synchro on all but first gear.
Like the later 31 and 130 models, the Cedric was a vehicle
of exceptional quality - its only serious problem was
that it was given one of the most ridiculous names in
the history of the motor car.
